Manufacturing Financial Analyst (Hybrid Role in Valencia, CA)

SetPoint Medical’s Manufacturing Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and support to the Manufacturing department while owning the company’s cost accounting and inventory accounting functions. This role combines manufacturing financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and decision support for manufacturing leadership – with the technical rigor of standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. The role will be instrumental in supporting manufacturing leaders in understanding and improving cost performance, and in ensuring accurate product costing and cost controls. Responsibilities include partnering with the Manufacturing department on budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics; analyzing manufacturing variances and product margins; supporting monthly close activities; maintaining inventory accounting processes; and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.

In a fast-paced medical device environment, this role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
