Brivo is seeking a Manufacturing Hardware Technician to join our production team. This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. The Manufacturing Hardware Technician will work closely with the manufacturing team to assemble, configure, and inspect computer-type equipment and security hardware to standard according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Assemble, build, and configure hardware products, sub-assemblies, and server-based security equipment according to written specifications and SOPs.
- Assemble and disassemble computer hardware components efficiently, including CPUs, RAM, storage drives, and chipsets.
- Install software, configure system BIOS, and perform functionality testing upon assembly completion.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, component, or system errors during the manufacturing process.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer specifications to eliminate defects.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to maintain high quality and production flow.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory movement, parts staging, and general warehouse tasks as business needs require.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in hardware assembly, computer building, electronics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong familiarity with PC/server hardware components (CPUs, RAM, motherboards, storage, power supplies).
- Ability to navigate system BIOS and perform basic software downloads or image flashing.
- Basic experience using hand tools or small power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, wiring diagrams, and SOPs consistently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, move inventory, and lift 20–50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
