Oversee a manufacturing production team to meet daily targets, ensure quality and safety, and drive process improvements in a high-volume on-site environment.

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:
First 3 month (Training)
- Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
🔄 Rotating 3-shift system:
- A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
- B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
- C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of production associates to achieve daily production targets safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Monitor production quality and promptly identify, investigate, and escalate production or quality issues.
- Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports.
- Perform and oversee assembly of complex components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies across various production lines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and workflow.
- Support new product introductions and production ramp-up activities.
- Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently.
- Promote cross-training to build a flexible and multi-skilled workforce.
- Monitor attendance and support workforce planning with supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and ISO documentation requirements.
- Support probation assessments and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with workplace safety practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Build positive communication between production associates and management.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards through 5S practices.
- Support other production functions and take on additional responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience leading a production team in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, production monitoring, and ISO documentation requirements.
- Experience investigating production or quality issues and supporting corrective actions.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of takt time, manpower planning, and production line balancing.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- High manual dexterity and willingness to perform hands-on production work when required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks, including lifting or moving up to 50 lbs when required.
