As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell
Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan
Defining shifts schedule on the product lines according with, production plan and operator skills
Managing people presence in terms of Vacation, Shift Change and Hrs absence
Achieving the highest safety levels in the production line
Guaranteeing performance KPI target: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, DL hours development;
Managing training and operator skills in order to respond to workload needs
Collaborating with other functions (i.e. ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity
Supporting cell leaders in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision
Fluency in oral and written English and have effective good communication skills
Good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,526.02 To 59,400.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
