Diversified Personnel Services (DPS) is recruiting for an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Technician for an established manufacturing company in the Waukesha County area.
This hands-on position combines industrial equipment maintenance with general facility upkeep. We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical problems, keeping production equipment running efficiently, and taking ownership of maintenance projects.
What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including plastic injection molding machinery and supporting systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to unexpected equipment breakdowns.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Repair, rebuild, and replace equipment components as needed.

Maintain building systems, equipment, and general facility operations.

Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs, installations, and maintenance projects.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with parts inventory.

Support workplace safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding environments.

Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably in plastics manufacturing.

Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Schedule & Benefits
-
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, approximately 40 hours per week.

Additional hours may occasionally be required to support operations.
