Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently. Your work will directly support the parts used to build Wanner pumps, which serve critical industries including water, sanitation, food production, oil and gas, and more.

This is an experienced-level, non-exempt position with hands-on training provided.

What you’ll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and machine service work based on work orders and project needs.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Support and help manage Wanner Engineering’s preventative maintenance program.
• Install, adjust, disassemble, replace, reassemble, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Source parts, coordinate with vendors or contractors, and support cost-effective repair solutions.
• Fabricate or modify hardware for repairs when needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance and cross-functional projects as needed.
• Work safely, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
