Manufacturing Manager (Electronic / Automotive)
Position: Manufacturing Manager
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
Location: Jurong
Remuneration: $10,000 - $14,000
Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle new factory build from site selection, layout design, equipment installation, trial run, capacity ramp-up to local compliance approval &formal production launch.
2. Oversee daily manufacturing of electronic hardware; optimize processes, lift yield& efficiency, control cost and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Establish full-function local factory teams and standardized management systems to secure stable workforce and high operation efficiency.
4. Improve ISO-based QA system, implement full-process quality control and resolve production & after-sales quality issues.
5. Ensure full compliance with Singapore laws and EHS rules, eliminate safety hazards.
6. Prepare factory operation budget, execute cost reduction plans, analyze operational data and achieve annual production & profit targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
2. Solid background in camera & electronic hardware manufacturing with proficient production and quality know-how.
3. Proven successful 0-to-1 factory construction & mass production launch.
4. Minimum 5 years senior factory management experience with full-plant operation and large-team governance capabilities.
