Openings may be available in a variety of departments, including:

• Line Loading
• Pedestal Builder
• Case Fitter
• Base Builder
• Sander
• Sprayers
• Repair
• Upfitter
• Packers
• Panel Saw Operator
• Customer Service
• Project Design
• Quality Control
• Drawer Builder
• And more

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Assembling, building, sanding, spraying, repairing, or packaging furniture components
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Supporting production flow and meeting daily goals
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating with team members across departments

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, woodworking, furniture, or production experience preferred, but not always required
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
