MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER

-Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
-Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower, materials and workflow to meet operational targets.
-Supervise production staff and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to company procedures.
-Monitor production quality, productivity and delivery timelines, and implement improvements where necessary.
-Coordinate with suppliers, project teams and other departments on production and material requirements.
-Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools and production equipment.
-Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Perform other operational and management duties as assigned.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or structural metal products.
-Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management and manufacturing processes.
-Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
-Able to manage manpower and production schedules effectively.
-Able to work independently and under pressure to meet operational deadlines.
