Manufacturing Operator [EL]

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Detect machine abnormalities, equipment malfunctions, and product defects, and escalate issues promptly.

Comply with standard operating procedures, production targets, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain accurate production records for traceability and reporting purposes.

Verify that raw materials supplied by the warehouse meet production requirements.

Handle the loading of raw materials and semi-finished products during production.

Perform basic quality checks on finished products, including total length, good output, and defective quantities.

Prepare completed products for collection and subsequent processing or packing.

Support the onboarding and training of new operators when needed.
