Manufacturing Operator (Immediate Hiring)

The Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and oversee manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Carry out product and material transfers to support daily production requirements.
- Comply with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and PPE requirements at all times.
- Assist with packaging, inspection, inventory counts, and production support activities.
- Report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
The Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to hygiene requirements.
- Open to working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
- Capable of handling materials and performing production-related tasks safely.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing systems will be an added advantage.
- Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided.
