Manufacturing Operator (Immediate Hiring)

The Opportunity

The Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and oversee manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
  • Carry out product and material transfers to support daily production requirements.
  • Comply with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and PPE requirements at all times.
  • Assist with packaging, inspection, inventory counts, and production support activities.
  • Report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.

The Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to hygiene requirements.
  • Open to working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
  • Capable of handling materials and performing production-related tasks safely.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing systems will be an added advantage.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided.
