Manufacturing Process Engineer [EL]

Lead and manage the Process Engineering team, including Process Engineers and Technicians, to ensure effective and efficient production processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and improve manufacturing workflows in line with customer specifications and business requirements.

Oversee the maintenance and control of production Work Instructions, SFC processes and SAP-related records.

Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation and ensure changes are properly communicated and executed by production teams.

Drive process optimisation and productivity improvement through UPH monitoring, performance analysis and Kaizen initiatives.

Oversee the maintenance and tracking of Engineering Change masterlists.

Ensure Work Instructions are accurately prepared, reviewed and updated.

Develop and coordinate process-related training for production personnel.

Provide engineering support for NPI activities and new product introduction.

Work closely with production teams to resolve process-related issues during mass production.

Lead and support ISO implementation, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
