Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description:

1. Candidate must be good in manufacturing process inspection sheets, tooling & inspection gauges.

2. Should be able to do Engineering & manufacturing change incorporation on process routings.

3. Should be able to read and understand the aerospace components engineering and stage drawings.

4. Candidate should be familiar with first article inspection report (FAI), Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA). Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP)

5. Candidate should have hands on experience in using GD&T for design and manufacturing.

6. Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements.

7. Candidate should co-ordinate with respective team and validate the manufacturing process and inspection sheets.

8. Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs
