Manufacturing Process Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead NPI factory readiness and manufacturing process improvement across supplier factories in Asia. Work with cross-functional Oracle teams and supplier manufacturing teams to consolidate operational data, identify performance gaps and best practices, determine root causes, and drive measurable improvements in quality, yield, cycle time, delivery, and factory execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive factory readiness for new product introductions across Asia, including manufacturing-process readiness, capacity, materials, equipment, fixtures, test readiness, quality planning, documentation, training, and risk-mitigation plans.
- Establish and lead factory-readiness reviews for NPI builds, ramp, and sustaining production; track actions, owners, risks, and recovery plans.
- Manage manufacturing process improvement programs across multiple supplier factories and production sites.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, planning, and data-center teams across different time zones.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate supplier factory data, including build output, yield, defects, rework, cycle time, backlog, shipment, material readiness, and capacity.
- Analyze performance trends to identify lowlights, highlights, gaps between factories, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for low yield, quality escapes, process delays, material constraints, and delivery risks.
- Identify best practices from high-performing factories and drive adoption across other supplier sites.
- Establish common dashboards, KPIs, reporting formats, and review mechanisms for supplier performance.
- Lead regular reviews with suppliers to track improvement actions, owners, target dates, and measurable results.
- Escalate critical factory-execution risks early and coordinate recovery plans with the responsible teams.
- Provide clear management updates on factory performance, NPI readiness, root causes, improvement status, and decisions needed.
Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of server hardware components and server manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with multiple suppliers and factory teams.
- Strong data-analysis skills, with the ability to translate operational data into clear findings and improvement actions.
- Experience with yield improvement, defect reduction, quality management, process control, or factory operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of supply-chain planning, material readiness, capacity, and production execution.
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Able to work onsite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, task-focused, and able to prioritize work based on business impact and urgency.
