Manufacturing Production Manager

Job Summary

Manage and coordinate the entire textile manufacturing process to deliver efficient production, maintain consistent quality, meet deadlines, and optimize resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet delivery targets
• Oversee all manufacturing stages including fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to ensure process efficiency
• Monitor production output and quality metrics to maintain consistent product standards
• Supervise production supervisors and factory workers to ensure adherence to operational goals
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and production resources to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
• Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
• Track production costs, waste levels, and operational efficiency to support cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline production flow
• Prepare detailed production reports and performance updates for management review
