Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.
- University degree in Print / Chemical / Mechanical / Packaging Engineering or equivalent quality work experience.
- 3+ years work experience in a quality, print, or colour management role in the Asia-Pacific region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to use and implement statistical process control and quality control tools to make data driven decisions.
- Ability to understand GD&T, drawing specifications, and their applications to quality process.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and travel frequently upon request.
- A team player who is self-motivated, defining and closing all engineering tasks to meet project objectives, detailed oriented to cut to the root of problems, and ability to learn quickly with little information or support.
- Expertise in quality control or processing of highly cosmetic print process (flexo, gravure, offset, digital, etc), decoration (foiling, emboss/deboss, lamination, etc), specialized print raw materials, or related processes is an asset.
