Manufacturing Quality Supervisor [SAS]

Coordinate and monitor daily QA operations to ensure compliance with established quality procedures, workflows and standards.

Ensure accurate preparation and verification of COA documents for outgoing products.

Monitor incoming and outgoing inspection activities and ensure proper documentation of inspection results.

Oversee the processing, updating and maintenance of ISO documentation, QA records and departmental files.

Review and verify test data, SPC charts and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.

Monitor incoming inspection data and SPC trends, escalating quality issues when necessary.

Provide technical guidance and practical training to QA Technicians to maintain consistent work standards.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and support smooth daily workflows.

Participate in Risk Assessments and FMEA exercises to identify quality risks and recommend preventive measures.

Support the QA Engineer in customer complaint investigations, enquiries and follow-up actions.

Assist with external provider management, internal and external audits, and quality management system improvements.

Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
