General Role Description: The Company is looking for an energetic, hands-on, focused and disciplined candidate to fill this role. This is a full-time on-site role for Manufacturing Operations located in Kallang Basin Industrial Estate (nearest MRT: DTL Bendemeer/ EW Lavender). The Manufacturing Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining quality control standards with teamwork as well as maintenance of manufacturing equipment. The role requires communication skills to collaborate among operation teams and ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support production supervisor and manager on-site and off-site
• Learn and develop a good understanding of the equipment
• Operate and maintain processing equipment with hands-on
• Hands on machinery maintenance and fixing problems
• Perform cleaning of equipment pre- and post-production
• Plan and organize tasks and work-flow
• Withdraw and weigh starting materials for production
• Understand and comply with SOPs and work instructions
Requirements
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical,cosmetic, or related production environments is an advantage
- Hands-on experience as a machinery technician, including basic maintenanceand troubleshooting
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, techniques, and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards
- Candidates with HALAL ISO certification would be added advantage.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage

- Working location: Kallang Basin Industrial Estate (nearest MRT: DTL Bendemeer/EW Lavender)
- Working hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
- Salary package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + VB (subject to performance)
- Annual contract subject to probation
