Manufacturing Supervisor (12 hours shift)
Summary
Oversee 12-hour manufacturing shifts, ensuring production targets, quality, and schedules are met while managing teams and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across assigned production lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
Manage production schedules, work orders, batch records, shift handovers, timesheets, and operational documentation to ensure efficient manufacturing execution.
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues, optimise workflow, and meet customer commitments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain and update work instructions, and ensure adherence to GMP, quality standards, and company policies.
Lead, coach, and develop production teams through structured training, performance management, career development, and ongoing technical guidance.
Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, optimise resource utilisation, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering
At least 5 years in production operations
12 hours shift
