Summary
Oversee daily cosmetics manufacturing operations, manage teams, and maintain production records in SAP while ensuring ISO compliance and audit readiness.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a competent and motivated production team
- Oversee daily production operations including procurement, inventory, stock control, and work scheduling
- Manage the full end-to-end manufacturing process from material purchase and issuance through to warehouse handover
- Perform routine cleaning and troubleshooting of production machinery to minimise downtime
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records within the SAP system
- Ensure ISO documentation is consistently updated, recorded, and maintained
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to keep production on track and on schedule
- Undertake any additional tasks as directed by Management
Job Requirements
- Diploma qualification; Chemical Engineering or Chemistry background is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Independent, objective, and operates with strong integrity
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills with ability to train and coach team members
