Manufacturing Technician (1 YEAR CONTRACT) [SAS]

Carry out filling and production operations for hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide while meeting production targets and quality specifications.

Prepare and inspect containers, perform washing activities, and support product loading, palletising, strapping, packaging inspection and shrink wrapping.

Perform material receiving, handling, barcode generation and printing in accordance with established procedures.

Monitor production process parameters and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with approved operating ranges.

Operate production equipment, handheld tools and the NAV system to support manufacturing activities.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve production processes and line efficiency.

Report equipment faults, process deviations and safety concerns promptly to the Production Supervisor.

Follow QMS, EMS, OHS procedures, chemical handling requirements and applicable workplace safety controls.

Use the required PPE and maintain cleanliness, order and discipline in the production area.

Perform other technical and production duties assigned by the supervisor.
