Basic Qualifications:
*) High school diploma or equivalent.
*) Entry-level candidates with zero years of experience may be considered.
*) Strong attention to detail.
*) Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
*) Good written and verbal communication skills.
*) Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
*) Ability to learn new software systems and manufacturing processes.
*) Strong teamwork, time-management, and attendance habits.
*) Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
*) Mechanical aptitude.
*) Familiarity with composite and metallic components.
*) Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
*) Knowledge of adhesive bonding.
*) Experience in aerospace manufacturing.
*) Ability to read blueprints.
*) Experience with material preparation.
