Manufacturing Technician | HealthCare Industry | 2 Month Bonus

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes.

• Analyze production data and support root cause investigations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support engineers.

• Train production personnel on work procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).

• Assist with process and equipment validation.

• Monitor critical components and consumables.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience.

• Medical device industry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, ISO 13485, and GMP.

• Proficient in SAP and MES.
