Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 per month

Production Technician (Training Provided)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform product assembly, testing and troubleshooting.

• Diagnose product and system-level technical issues.

• Assist engineers in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Identify and resolve product quality issues.

Requirements

• No prior experience required. Fresh applicants are welcome!

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

• Able to work on rotating shifts (every 3 months).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Rotating Shift

• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (+$5 daily shift allowance)

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (+$15 daily shift allowance)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of up to $2,800 per month.

• Company transportation provided.

• Daily shift allowance and overtime allowance.

• 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).

• Quarterly profit-sharing bonus.

• 14 days of annual leave, with an additional day for each year of service.
