Manufacturing Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities.
- Perform product and process changeovers according to approved recipes and parameters.
- Train operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct preliminary root cause analysis.
- Perform quality inspections, precision measurements, and chemical analysis where required.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MES and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required PPE.
- Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime when required.
- Chemical handling, EHS, or ISO quality-related certifications are an advantage.
