Manufacturing Technician

Summary/Objective

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for various aspects of transformer manufacture-- Welding, Buffing, Winding coils, Lacing coils, Core & Coil Assembly, Tanking, Final Finish.

Essential Functions

· Daily On-Site Attendance.

· Ensure full adherence to 5S practices at all times.

· Complete transformer manufacture with consistent speed and accuracy.

· Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

· Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

· Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

· Report any machinery issues to management.

· Work cooperatively across Manufacturing Teams to meet dates and goals.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area.

· Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

· Follow all written and verbal instructions.

· Attend all safety and production trainings.
