Marine Claims Manager

Angle Recruitment is representing a leading marine claims specialist in the search for a Claims Manager to join its Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims from notification through to settlement.
• Investigate and assess claims, liaising with clients and key stakeholders throughout the process.
• Work closely with insurers, brokers, surveyors, legal counsel, and other external parties.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare claims reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in claims handling within marine, insurance, loss adjusting, or a related claims environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Candidates from marine claims are highly preferred; however, those with experience in motor, property, or general insurance claims who are looking to transition into the marine sector are also encouraged to apply.
