Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marine Sales/AccountManager to drive business growth ( Ballast Water Treatment Systems, Elevators,Instruments & Control ) for our Marine Inspection, Spares &Technical Services division @ marine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO)sector
The ideal candidate should have MINIMUM3 years of experience in marine sales, with an established network among shipmanagement companies, ship owners, charterers, operators, and technicalmanagers. Inthis role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new businessopportunities, managing relationships with shipowners, vessel managers, andshipyards, and securing long-term service contracts. You will be the primarybridge between our technical engineering teams and our clients, ensuringtailored maintenance solutions that keep vessels operational and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsiblefor generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong clientrelationships, and achieving sales targets across inspection, spare parts, andmarine technical service offerings, with key responsibility be RevenueGeneration & Business Development & Market expansion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Identify, approach, and secure business from ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, technical managers, operators, and offshore clients.
- Promote the company's marine inspection services, spare parts supply, and technical marine services.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the maritime industry.
- Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Follow up on quotations, contracts, and customer feedback to maximize conversion and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend maritime exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates using CRM tools.
