Marine Service Engineer
Summary
Onboard ships, diagnose, repair, and install marine navigation and radio systems like GMDSS, gyrocompass, and ECDIS while producing technical reports.
Job Description & Requirements
- Able to read technical drawings and make reports in the field
- Comfortable with Marine working environment on ships
- Willing to work overtime
- Repair, install and inspect the following equipment:
- GMDSS Radio Systems
- Gyrocompass
- Autopilot System
- ECDIS
- Speed log
- Echosounder
- Voyage Data Recorder
- More than 5 years experience in Marine Radio & Navigation Equipment work
- Able to handle computer network systems
- Ex-Navy Radio or Electronics Technician are welcome
- Diploma in Electronics and/ or Radio & Telecommunication
