Marine Service Engineer (Hydraulics System/PLC System)
Perform inspections and testing of pumping systems onboard vessels.
Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on systems, both electrical and mechanical.
Assist with repairs & overhauls of various types of equipment in our workshop.
Participate in vessel dockings and commissioning work at shipyard.
Prepare professional reports from attended jobs.
Requirements:
Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical/ electrical/marine engineering or similar.
Knowledge in PLC based control systems and/or Hydraulic systems.
Automation or instrumentation experience an advantage.
Willing to travel overseas and work flexible hours on occasions.
Can work both independently and as a team.
