Job Description

Review of SMS in accordance with TMSA requirements and keep updating TMSA operators comments
Prepare vetting inspection and analyze the result of the inspection
Maintain and promote company's safety system for further development of safety and quality culture Manage the company's ship management system and software
Monitor and update the industry regulation, international convention and local regulations
Collect and analyze the quality control data such as KPIs, evaluate the performance and trends
Collect the training needs from the vessel and SIs, then reflect them to the company training
Support DPA tasks and collaborate with other departments

Requirements

Has a Certificate in Competency
Experience in maritime sea service as senior officer in gas carrier for 1 year or more
Experience in maritime sea service for 5 years or more
MS Office(Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) - for reports, documentation and coordination
Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with office staffs, vessel crew and external parties
Ability and willingness to adapt and learn new technologies
