Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
- Monitor compliance with IMO, Flag State, and company regulations.
- Conduct vessel inspections and safety audits.
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Support Masters and ship crews with operational matters.
- Coordinate inspections by Class, PSC, and customers.
- Review safety reports and vessel performance.
- Maintain vessel certificates and documentation.
Requirements
- Master Mariner (Class 1 CoC) or Chief Officer with relevant experience.
- Experience in ship management or marine operations.
- Good knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
