About the role

As Customer Service in Valencia, you will work in the logistics area of a company in the transport and distribution sector. You will participate in the activities specific to the position to contribute to the daily functioning of the service.

What you'll do

• Global management of the assigned client portfolio.
• Attend to the operational needs linked to the transport and distribution service.
• Record and update the information necessary for the monitoring of daily activities.
• Coordinate the required actions with the areas involved in each operation.
• Monitor received requests to facilitate an orderly response.
• Identify operational incidents and report them to the responsible persons when necessary.
• Keep work documentation organized and available for consultation.
• Apply the defined procedures to ensure the continuity of operations.

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to manage tasks linked to logistics operations.
• Previous experience in the maritime or land sector.
• Skill to record and review operational information with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize priorities in a transport and distribution environment.
• Ease of coordinating with different areas during the development of operations.
• Ability to perform follow-ups on requests and incidents.
• High proficiency in English.

What you'll get

• Temporary contract.
• Annual salary of 30,000 EUR to 32,000 EUR.
• Job location in Valencia.
