Maritime Operations & Watersports Crew Member

Position Summary

George’s Watersports, Boat Hire and Yachting is seeking a motivated maritime crew member to support charter, powerboat and watersports operations.

This is a multi-functional operational role providing exposure to vessel handling, safety procedures, watersports supervision, fleet support and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect charter vessels
• Conduct client safety briefings and handovers
• Assist with docking and mooring procedures
• Support watersports activities and safety boat operations
• Maintain equipment and fleet presentation
• Provide professional guest-facing service

Responsibilities may vary depending on qualifications and operational needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interest in maritime and watersports industry
• Reliable and physically fit
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Team-oriented attitude

Preferred (not mandatory):

• RYA Powerboat or equivalent
• Instructor certification
• STCW
• ENG1
