Maritime Transport Technician and Gourmet Area Manager

About the role

Do you have experience in the logistics sector, specifically in maritime transport, and are you interested in operational management? At Randstad Professionals, we are looking for a Maritime Transport Technician and Gourmet Area Manager to guarantee compliance with logistics deadlines and the coordination of the supply chain.

What you'll do

As a Maritime Transport Technician and Gourmet Area Manager, reporting to the Logistics and Commercial Management, your functions will be:

Logistics Department:

Control the issuance of maritime transport documentation and schedule trips, modifying loads as needed.

Manage transport incidents and maintain constant communication with Production to plan shipments.

Provide support (back-up) to the land transport manager and for the entry of orders into SAGE.

Gourmet Department (Purchasing and Production):

Generate orders and delivery notes, manage suppliers, and purchase both auxiliary material and product.

Control the stock of raw materials, auxiliary material, and finished product, as well as manage third-party productions.

Customer Management: Reviewing the correct entry of orders into the system, managing incidents, and ensuring delivery to the customer.

What we're looking for

Training in a Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS).

Outstanding personal aptitudes: organizational capacity, communication and IT skills, initiative, proactivity, and teamwork.

Availability to travel

What you'll get

Salary of €30,000 gross per year plus a success bonus.

Schedule with flexible start times (30 min).

How you'll work

Permanent contract with a probation period.

Working days from Monday to Thursday from 7:30/8:00 h to 16:30/17:00 h (with 45 min for lunch) and Friday from 7:30/8:00 h to 14:30/15:00 h.
