Market Franchise Manager – KFC Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

K Group is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Market Franchise Manager to lead the operations and continued growth of KFC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) manager who can drive sales, improve profitability, develop high-performing teams and maintain exceptional operational standards across multiple outlets.

Working closely with K Group’s executive management and KFC franchise representatives, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall performance of the business, ensuring that every restaurant delivers a consistent customer experience while meeting its financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of all KFC outlets, ensuring consistent operating standards and excellent customer service.
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvement plans where required.
• Ensure restaurants are properly staffed, equipped, maintained and supplied.

Financial and Commercial Management

• Drive sales growth, profitability and performance against budgets.
• Monitor food costs, labour costs, inventory, waste and operating expenses.
• Analyse financial results and implement measures to improve efficiency and control costs.

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant general managers and their teams.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, scheduling, training and succession planning.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and high performance.

Food Safety and Brand Compliance

• Ensure compliance with KFC brand standards, food-safety requirements, hygiene regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, service and restaurant presentation.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and corrective actions.

Inventory, Suppliers and Maintenance

• Oversee stock control, purchasing coordination and waste reduction.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure product availability.
• Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are maintained and operational.

Performance Reporting

• Review sales, costs, profitability, customer feedback and operational results.
• Provide regular performance updates to executive management.
• Identify risks, resolve operational issues and implement practical business improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience in restaurant management, preferably within a multi-unit quick-service restaurant or fast-food operation.
• Previous experience managing multiple outlets or leading a regional or area restaurant operation.
• Previous experience working with KFC is preferable.
• A proven track record in sales growth, cost control, profitability and operational improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience recruiting, developing and managing teams.
• A sound understanding of food safety, inventory management, labour planning and restaurant financial performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant business systems, spreadsheets and management reporting.
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between restaurant locations.

A degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality or Restaurant Management would be an advantage, although equivalent practical experience will be considered.
