* Manage the leasing and rental of market stalls.

* Source and attract potential tenants for vacant stalls.

* Handle tenant enquiries, viewings, negotiations and follow-ups.

* Prepare and coordinate tenancy agreements and renewals.

* Monitor rental payments and follow up on outstanding rental.

* Maintain good relationships with existing tenants.

* Develop marketing activities to promote vacant stalls and increase occupancy.

* Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns for the market.

* Monitor market rental rates and competitor activities.

* Assist the management team with market leasing and marketing strategies.

* Handle tenants’ feedback, requests and day-to-day leasing matters.

* Prepare regular leasing and occupancy reports for management.
