Market Manager, Sleep: North Carolina

(Raleigh preferred but can live anywhere in territory)

Build One of the Premier Sleep Markets in the Country

We are looking for high-performing sleep sales professionals who want more than another traditional DME territory. This is an opportunity to build a major sleep market with a company focused on premium patient experience, operational execution, outcomes, and aggressive growth across CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.

If you are a top CPAP, HST, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary, or sleep therapy seller and have ever thought:

· “I could build something much bigger.”

· “I’m underpaid for the business I generate.”

· “My company cannot operationally support large sleep accounts.”

· “Nobody in this industry executes consistently.”

· “I want real upside.”

…this role was built for you.

The Opportunity

The North Carolina market offers a high-growth market with strong payer alignment and a dense base of high-volume sleep programs and referral sources. This role will build top-tier relationships and win large accounts. Pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers

· Own and develop your territory like a business

· Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities

· Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships

· Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory

· Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners

· Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth

· Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
