POSITION SUMMARY
The Market Product Operations is an embedded market role responsible for the execution, stabilization, and adoption of global enterprise products and market-level technology solutions within an assigned business domain.
This role serves as the bridge between market operations and global technology teams, partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are effectively implemented, operationally stable, and aligned with business needs. Acting as the market owner for operational outcomes, this role drives issue resolution, technology adoption, and continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Last Mile Operational Ownership & Stabilization
- Own market end-to-end resolution of domain-related issues spanning process, data, integration, product, and operations.
- Lead hands-on triage of real business scenarios such as shipment, invoicing, revenue, posting, and integration issues.
- Diagnose issues across enterprise platforms, integrations, and ISV solutions to identify root causes.
- Establish stabilization mechanisms including reconciliation views, operational checkpoints, alerts, and documented workarounds.
- Drive sustainable resolution to prevent recurrence and improve operational confidence.
Business Partnership (Domain Focused)
- Act as the primary market technology partner for the assigned business domain.
- Build deep understanding of market business processes, operational priorities, and constraints.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support effective execution using global products and approved market solutions.
- Serve as a trusted point of accountability when operational outcomes are at risk.
Product Operations & Global Alignment
- Participate in global Product Operations processes including intake, triage, release readiness, and deployment activities.
- Provide structured market feedback and requirements to Global Product, Platform, and Data teams.
- Contribute market-driven insights and acceptance criteria to product enhancement initiatives.
- Promote adoption of global platforms and alignment with enterprise standards.
Market Vendor & ISV Management
- Act as the primary market technology contact for approved ISV partners supporting the domain.
- Support integration and operational execution between global platforms and market solutions.
- Partner with Architecture and Integration teams to validate data flows, identify failure points, and improve system observability.
- Manage operational issue resolution with vendors, including troubleshooting, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and coordination of fixes.
- Ensure reliable integration and operational performance of market solutions.
- Escalate systemic issues to appropriate global teams when necessary.
Enablement, Adoption & Documentation
- Support user enablement through training, SOPs, release notes, and operational guidance.
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and ensure users are equipped for ongoing operations.
- Maintain clear documentation for support processes, issue management, and vendor interactions.
Change & Transformation Support
- Support the execution of global transformation initiatives within the market.
- Participate in business readiness activities, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Act as an operational lead during major releases and transformation programs.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7–9+ years of experience in Product Operations, Enterprise Applications, Technology Business Partnering, or a related operational technology role.
- Strong domain expertise in one or more areas: Finance, Commercial, or Value Chain operations.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience supporting system integrations and ISV-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational issues and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English required.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, omnichannel, or large-scale transformation environments preferred.
