Support the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Department in maintaining a fair, orderly and transparent market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthening company's internal governance and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor trading activities and analyse surveillance alerts to identify potential market misconduct and unusual trading behaviour.
  • Support investigations, escalation and reporting of suspicious trading activities to relevant stakeholders and regulators.
  • Review and enhance market surveillance frameworks, policies, procedures and alert parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations under the Securities and Futures Act, including regulatory reporting, breach assessments and internal controls.
  • Liaise with regulators, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and support regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including Board and shareholder matters, as well as whistleblowing and disciplinary reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking & Finance or other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading compliance or market surveillance.
  • Investigation or law enforcement experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent Chinese proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
