Pay Range: $17-$19 per Hour (Based on Experience)

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report weekly and monthly on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Utilize Excel to create, manage, and update detailed reports and dashboards on marketing performance metrics.
• Lead Tracking and Source Identification: Utilize Aim’s various advertising sources, CRM, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to unify data points into single system to create meaningful information on campaign for forecasting & decision making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Event Support: Support the Recruiting and Sales teams in the planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events, job fairs, trade school appearances, trade shows, and Aim’s annual sales meeting. This includes the attendance of these events, as support is needed.
• Invoice Coding: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenses.
• Develop and present reports that clearly delineate leads generated by marketing activities and their conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis tasks.
• Management of Aim’s Swag Shop: Collaborate with Aim’s vendors and inventory management provider to ensure swag is ordered, stocked, and easily accessible for distribution in our online portal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Associate degree in Marketing or Communication preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
