Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate marketing and creative processes.
• Build and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Coze, Dify, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Integrate APIs and marketing platforms to automate reporting, campaign management, and performance monitoring.
• Develop automation scripts to optimize advertising campaigns and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and performance teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor AI workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system performance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in AI automation, MarTech, Growth Engineering, or digital marketing technology.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Coze, Dify, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and workflow automation tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
