Acer is seeking a highly organized and influential communications professional to drive strategic partner communications and organizational enablement across our global business.

In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between Acer and strategic ecosystem partners, ensuring Acer teams worldwide understand, adopt, and execute partner programs, marketing guidelines, compliance requirements, and business priorities effectively.

You will create communication frameworks, training programs, and best practices that help Acer teams navigate complex partner ecosystems while maximizing collaboration opportunities and ensuring compliance.
1. Serve as the main liaison between Acer and strategic partners, translating partner programs and requirements into clear actions for internal teams.
2. Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and communications to educate global teams on partner marketing, branding, and compliance guidelines.
3. Drive alignment across marketing, product, sales, legal, and regional teams to ensure consistent execution of partner initiatives.
4. Maintain governance processes and best practices that improve awareness, compliance, and operational efficiency across Acer.
5. Support strategic partner programs and identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and maximize shared business value.
