Marketing & Communications Manager
Part-time: 3 or 4 days per week
Remote, UK-based, with occasional travel
Salary: £40,000 FTE
£24,000 for 3 days | £32,000 for 4 days
We are looking for an experienced, creative and commercially focused Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our marketing across intelligence, technology and personal online protection services.
You will bring together the marketing of:
• B4 Secure — intelligence-led risk and resilience services;
• S.C.O.P.E. — our subscription threat intelligence platform;
• HALO — personal online protection for people in visible and high-profile roles;
• AI Synthesis — our technology company developing advanced AI and agentic AI capabilities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can create and deliver a joined-up marketing strategy.
What you will do
You will:
• develop and manage one coordinated marketing plan across our businesses and services;
• create compelling written, visual and video content;
• plan, film and edit professional short-form video content;
•manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other relevant digital platforms;
• manage and update our WordPress website;
• manage the S.C.O.P.E. subscriber portal through MemberPress;
• create landing pages, campaigns, email communications and lead-generation journeys;
• manage social media, SEO, website analytics and campaign performance;
• translate complex intelligence, security and AI services into clear, commercially powerful content;
• support product launches, thought leadership, events and business development.
What are we looking for
You will need:
• proven experience in marketing and communications;
• strong WordPress website-management skills;
• experience using MemberPress or another subscription or membership platform;
• demonstrable experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns;
• strong video-content skills, including filming, editing and adapting content for different platforms;
• excellent copywriting and content-development skills;
• experience managing social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics;
• an understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and conversion;
• the confidence to work independently, bring ideas and take ownership;
• the ability to communicate complex or technical services clearly.
Experience within intelligence, security, technology, SaaS, professional services or business-to-business marketing would be advantageous.
