Marketing Analyst, Fandango
Versant Marketing Analyst, Fandango
Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes help millions of people decide what to watch — discovering movies, buying tickets, and streaming at home. The Fandango Analytics team sits at the center of those decisions. We measure how audiences discover, buy, and watch, and we turn that understanding into the choices that shape our products, our content, and how we grow. The best work on this team is the analysis that makes a decision obvious.
About the role:
We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to own the recurring, fast-turnaround analytics that keep our partnership marketing running — the reporting, data pulls, campaign validation, and promotional tracking our partners depend on. This role is built for someone who takes pride in accuracy and reliability under real deadlines, and who wants to make repetitive work disappear: a core part of your first year is using AI to automate these deliverables so the work gets faster and you spend more of your time on recommendations and highlighting opportunities.
What you'll accomplish:
- Partners get answers fast, and they're accurate. You become the dependable owner of time-sensitive reporting, so marketing teams stop waiting and stop worrying about accuracy.
- Repetitive work gets automated away. You use AI tools and agents to convert manual reporting, data pulls, and validation into automated workflows — and you measurably reduce the time these take.
- Campaign performance is visible. You deliver placement, traffic, and campaign performance reporting across our sites and apps quickly enough to matter while campaigns are live.
- Promotional programs are tracked accurately. Redemptions, costs, and partner obligations are reconciled and reliable, so nobody discovers a problem after the fact.
- Reporting comes with signal, not just numbers. You flag what changed, what looks unusual, and where there's an opportunity — so partners know where to act.
- Our processes get more consistent. You standardize and document recurring work so it's repeatable and doesn't depend on one person's memory.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of analytics experience, ideally supporting marketing or a consumer business.
- Strong SQL skills and real reporting discipline, with solid QA and validation habits.
- A builder's mindset for automation — comfort applying AI tools to streamline workflows, or eagerness to learn quickly.
- The ability to communicate findings clearly and in ways that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with having a positive impact on roadmap and KPIs with action-oriented recommendations.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on business need.
- This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
