Marketing Analyst - Greater Caribbean

Role Summary

As a Marketing Analyst for the Greater Caribbean, you are the operational driver for the Home Care Category, supporting brand teams across the new product life cycle to ensure flawless GCR New Product Readiness and executing the category's Go-To-Market strategy. You will also be responsible for the flawless execution of innovation activation in the Dominican Republic, alongside monitoring performance to ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.

Responsibilities:

  • NPD Readiness & Execution: Coordinate with Brand Managers and New Product Coordinators to track all Greater Caribbean Region (GCR) launches, ensuring execution of innovation action items.
  • Regulatory Leadership: Lead the regulatory process for the assigned category, managing risk assessments, exceptions, and product registrations.
  • Milestone & System Management: Drive sourcing milestones and act as the power user for product-related tools (MDGM, Veeva, BEAT, Stibo) to handle SKU creation, claims, artwork, and product details.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain the GCR innovation tracker, identifying performance gaps and elevating them to the Brand Manager for corrective action.
  • Portfolio Management: Map and maintain category portfolios across sourcing sites, contract manufacturers, and co-packers to provide regional visibility and support financial/market-based optimization.
  • Financial & Reporting Support: Consolidate and track regional advertising budgets while supporting the preparation of Factbooks and Share of Market (SOM) highlights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or related roles
  • Google Tools management
  • Advanced English level (verbal and written)
