Marketing Analyst - U.S. Expansion

Open 25d

We are looking for the founding Marketing Analyst to lead communication and marketing for our new U.S. business unit, based in Rio de Janeiro (hybrid).

Árvore joined forces with SuperAutor to grow literacy education in Brazil. By pairing our reading expertise with an innovative writing platform, we give students an end-to-end path to literacy that builds creativity, authorship, and real ownership of their learning. We've already reached millions of students in Brazil, and we're just getting started.

Now we're going further, bringing Árvore to the United States. This is a hands-on role. You'll lead communication and marketing for our U.S. operation, with the autonomy to make the calls and run with them, backed by our central Marketing team as your sounding board and source of brand guardrails. We're looking for someone who pairs a project-management mindset with strong execution and is comfortable operating independently on a lean team.

  • Plan and execute field marketing: regional conferences, school visits, and activations targeting U.S. elementary school decision-makers.
  • Build and operate a referral program, including partner relationships with complementary EdTech players.
  • Run ABM campaigns and personalized outreach (LinkedIn and email) for charter and private schools, integrated with CRM workflows.
  • Develop organic social presence (primarily LinkedIn) and write copy in English for a U.S. native-speaker audience.
  • Build lead nurturing flows and email sequences.
  • Brief and manage a paid media agency (Meta), owning strategy and performance, not execution.
  • Own project management end to end: timelines, workflows, and reporting.
  • Read the data and iterate fast.
  • Senior marketing experience, generalist with depth in at least one channel (events, ABM, or demand gen).
  • Hands-on experience with referral programs, field marketing, or account-based strategies.
  • Strong writing skills in English for a U.S. audience.
  • Full professional fluency in English; you'll work with U.S. stakeholders daily.
  • AI-fluent and strong project management discipline.
  • Willingness to travel to the U.S.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in education or EdTech
  • Experience launching in new markets, ideally the U.S.
  • Comfort with CRM and outbound tooling (RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar)
  • Paid media (Meta) and CRM chops
  • A design eye for marketing assets
  • Valid passport and U.S. visa

Informações adicionais:

  • Hybrid work model (on-site in Rio de Janeiro from Tuesday to Thursday).
  • Availability to travel
  • Health care plan
  • Dental care plan
  • Life insurance
  • Food allowance
  • Transportation allowance
  • Home office allowance
  • Daycare allowance
  • Birthday day off
  • Partner-based benefits programs
  • Career growth opportunities
