β Short Description:
This role serves as the strategic analytics lead for a portfolio of B2B marketing campaigns, connecting data from paid media, organic social, earned media, AI search/GEO, website performance, and CRM systems into a unified view of what's working and why. Rather than focusing on report production, the primary mandate is to interpret campaign and funnel data, identify meaningful trends and optimization opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. The person in this role will build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks, but their core value lies in explaining performance to marketing and executive stakeholders and guiding data-informed decisions. Strong client-facing communication is essential, as this role regularly presents insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders across multiple accounts.

πΌ Responsibilities:
Consolidate and analyze performance data across paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, content syndication), organic social, earned media/PR, AI search/GEO, website analytics, and CRM/funnel data into a cohesive view of campaign and business performance.
Evaluate paid media effectiveness beyond platform-level metrics, including lead quality, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution limitations, and identify optimization opportunities.
Track and interpret AI search and GEO visibility, including prompt coverage, citation analysis, and competitive benchmarking, connecting these insights to SEO, PR, and thought leadership efforts.
Analyze website traffic, engagement, referral performance from earned media, and landing page behavior to identify user trends and inform broader marketing strategy.
Build and maintain executive dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, making complex data accessible to both marketing and executive audiences.
Monitor CRM and funnel metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, sales velocity, and conversion rates, to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Translate cross-channel findings into executive-level recommendations and present them directly to client and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating what the data does and does not show.
π‘ Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, media analytics, or a related analytics/consulting role, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment.
Hands-on experience analyzing paid media performance using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and reporting tools such as Supermetrics or equivalent.
Experience with AI search/GEO analytics platforms such as or similar tools, including citation analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website and earned media performance analysis.
Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks in at least one BI/visualization platform such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Familiarity with CRM and B2B funnel data, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including lead scoring, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline, and funnel conversion metrics.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients or executive stakeholders.
