At Creative Hearts - Centre for Performing Arts, we believe that the arts have the power to change lives.
We provide joyful, high-quality music and performing arts education for children, helping them develop not only musical skills but also confidence, creativity, resilience and a lifelong love of learning.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Administration Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and business operations within a creative education environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Assist with photography and videography during classes, concerts and events
- Design posters, flyers and promotional materials using Canva or similar platforms
- Help write social media captions, newsletters and marketing emails
- Support marketing campaigns and student enrolment initiatives
- Update website content and marketing materials
- Research market trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities
Administration
- Provide administrative support to the management team such as replying WhatsApps and emails
- Assist with parent enquiries and customer service
- Help manage student records and enrolments
- Prepare teaching materials and resources
- Support event planning, concerts, holiday camps and workshops
- Assist with scheduling and general office administration
- Help maintain an organised and welcoming learning environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Creative with an eye for design and content creation
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable communicating with parents, children and colleagues
- Passionate about education, music or the performing arts
- Familiar with Canva and social media platforms (preferred)
- Photography, videography or editing skills are a bonus
