Marketing and Admissions Director

Looking for an energetic, dependable manager to join our team. Must be hard working, detail oriented, and above all- be compassionate and kind to our residents. This position also entails ensuring customer satisfaction after admission and communicating with them after discharge.

Other job duties include:

Responsible for Coordinating the admission process, to communicate with prospective residents and their family members, communicate with insurance companies, be a lead for community tours as applicable, coordinate and track admission's data and implement into tracking spreadsheets, must build relationships with local hospitals and other referral sources, responsible for coordinating community PR events, minor travel will be required- nothing over night, and responsible for updating facility social media pages.

Preferred Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field.

1 Year of relevant experience is preferred
